I am trying to find the laws on seclusion rooms in South Carolina schools. I cannot go to the State Dept. or district with my questions because I must remain anonymous. I am a student interning at an elementary school that uses locked seclusion rooms (extremely often) to discipline students. I am appalled at this and I feel the need to expose it. Because I am a student who will be looking for a job in the state next year, I don't want my name to be tied to grievances. Can someone help me find the information on the laws in this state?
